Affirmation Thursday

 Hello dear readers,since Thursday has become our special day,a day we take a pause...I just want us to take a moment alone,let's all engage,today its not me speaking to you, writing to you...its you speaking to yourself,it's you having an intimate moment with yourself and inviting God into it...let's all take a pause and ask ourselves this,if possible please be alone,please look in the mirror straight to your eyes and ask yourself this question...What excellence is in me that I have been calling average,what excellence is in me that I have been denying and shying away from...what excellence is in me that needs to be executed...what is that God?and what is it trying to do to me? because if it's in me then that means it's for me,I was annointed for it and only me can bring it out God...so Lord help me...I don't want to run from my own excellence I want to stay rooted and unshakable in it...I want you to let it grow me in who am supposed to be in order to access it fully.....I don't want to shrink from my own potential,to doubt my capability of handling my own power and excellence...I want to grab it,I want to lay hold of it...because God if a blessing is a call to excellence I want my mind and heart to be postured for the blessing,sometimes you don't give us what we ask for in the form we ask for,you give us in small packages,that we may grow with it,mature with it...because God it's not the blessing that counts,it's who I am,my identity in you ...it's how I take the little blessing you give me and it's how I nurture the blessing....let it bring out the excellence in me in all its glory.In Jesus name Amen.
